Sage Financial Academy offers digital educational content including study modules, AI coach access, ebooks, flash cards, audio books, and interview preparation materials for the SBI Specialist Officer (Trade Finance Officer) MMGS-II examination.
All products are delivered digitally and made instantly accessible upon confirmation of payment. Because digital content is consumed immediately upon access, all purchases are considered final.
Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our products, Sage Financial Academy does not provide refunds under any circumstances once access has been granted, including but not limited to:
— Change of mind after purchase
— Failure to use the purchased content within the validity period
— Dissatisfaction with content after access has been granted
— Purchase made in error
— Device incompatibility or internet connectivity issues on the student's end
— Examination postponement or cancellation by SBI or any authority
Once payment is made and access credentials are shared, the purchase cannot be cancelled. Students are encouraged to review all available information about the course before making a payment.
If you have not yet received your access credentials and wish to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of payment at [email protected]. Cancellation requests after credentials are shared will not be entertained.
In the event of a failed transaction where your bank account has been debited but access was not granted, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with proof of transaction. We will investigate and either grant access or initiate a refund for the failed transaction within 7 working days.
In the case of a duplicate payment (where you have been charged twice for the same order), we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.
If you face any technical issues accessing the course content after payment, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We will resolve the issue promptly. Technical issues do not entitle a student to a refund; we will ensure access is restored.
