All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes where applicable. Payment is processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Sage Financial Academy does not store your payment or card details.

Sage Financial Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund for breach of these Terms, including but not limited to sharing credentials, unauthorised distribution of content, or any fraudulent activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sage Financial Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Sage Financial Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
